3. Can a reservation be modified or cancelled?

Yes, please contact the hotel and we'll review the terms and conditions of your chosen rate. We'll then let you know if the change or cancellation applies with or without charge at Broadway Hotel & Suites.

4. What are the cancellation policies?

If you chose a refundable rate, you can modify or cancel without penalty within the timeframe indicated in your confirmation (between 24 and 48 business hours before check-in). If you booked a non-refundable rate, the penalty is 100% at Broadway Hotel & Suites.

5. From what time can I check in?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Broadway Hotel & Suites also has a 24-hour reception.

6. Until what time is check-out?

Check-out is until 11:00 at Broadway Hotel & Suites.

Yes, both early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability on the day of your arrival or departure at Broadway Hotel & Suites.

All rooms feature a minibar (charges apply), a laptop-sized safe, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and double-glazed windows. Some room categories also include a microwave, electric kettle, dishes, and a sink at Broadway Hotel & Suites.

Yes, all rooms and common areas at Broadway Hotel & Suites have free Wi-Fi.

Yes, we have family rooms for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. You can also request cribs free of charge (up to 2 years old) and extra beds for an additional fee, subject to availability at Broadway Hotel & Suites.

Yes, a buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the first floor. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can prepare your meal specially at Broadway Hotel & Suites.

Yes, Broadway Hotel & Suites has parking with limited spaces, subject to availability. It is located underground and has an additional cost.

No, Broadway Hotel & Suites does not currently allow pets.
